Key Responsibilities:
Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Ensure proper storage of food items in accordance with safety standards
Support kitchen staff during busy operations Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Cook Helper or in a similar role
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in restaurants, catering, or hospitality industry
Familiarity with international or local cuisines is an advantage
