• Technical Skills:
- Certified welding inspector(required CSWIP 3.1 ).
- Expert in P&ID (piping & instrumentation diagram).
- Have experience with rotating equipment assembly and packaging (Compressor & Gas turbine)Managing mechanical inspection activities .
• Managing production inspection plans checking the progress between product manufacturing and data recorded
• Creating NCR for non-conforming products, verification of NCRs and proper disposition, quality closure of NCRs after ensuring the appropriate action
• Verify that equipment manufactured, assembled, tested within the facility conforms to applicable specifications and agreed customer requirements and that all 3rd party inspection activities are complete and accepted
• Test activities and reports issue: Preparation of Assembly Test Reports, Certificate of Conformance, Visual/Dimensional certificate • Ability to assembly/disassembly, adjust and install mechanical to meet tolerance and product operating requirements
• Receiving inspections: Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
• In-process inspections: Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to production
• Final inspection: Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
• Issue all the required certificates according to QCP.
• Punch lists creation, check, closure .
• Maintaining and uploading Quality sheets as evidence of production compliance
• Conducting the Quality toolbox talks to the production team .
• Propose and implement improvement projects to the production process.
• Issuing the Mark-up (as-built)drawings according to actual installation.
• Help in identifying the correct Standard, specification and drawing to be followed.
