We are seeking an experienced and result-driven professional to lead the Sales and Rental Division in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle and equipment sales, rental operations, business development, and customer relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales and rental operations across Saudi Arabia.
Develop and execute strategies to grow market share in vehicles and equipment segments.
Handle key client relationships, including corporate and government customers.
Oversee rental fleet utilization, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Identify new business opportunities in construction, logistics, and industrial sectors.
Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales and rental management (vehicles, trucks, buses, or heavy equipment preferred).
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian market and customer base.
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
Experience handling fleet operations and rental contracts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Valid driving license preferred.
