Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to manage and coordinate heavy and light truck operations. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in truck dispatching, route planning, and daily fleet coordination.
This role is critical to ensuring on-time deliveries, efficient routing, and smooth communication between drivers, operations, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and assign daily trips for heavy & light trucks
- Optimize routes and scheduling to reduce delays and costs
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Monitor trip progress and handle real-time issues (delays, breakdowns, route changes)
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Trips
- Delivery status
- Driver performance
- Communicate with operations and clients regarding delivery updates
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in truck dispatching / fleet coordination
- Strong knowledge of routing and scheduling for transportation operations
- Experience handling heavy and light trucks
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple trips simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, dispatch systems, or tracking tools)
- Arabic speaking is a strong advantage
