Key Responsibilities
Grill & Cooking Duties:
• Prepare and cook a wide variety of kebabs including shish, kofta, seekh, adana, and mixed grills.
• Operate charcoal, gas, and open-flame grills safely and efficiently.
• Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure perfect doneness
• Ensure all dishes are plated consistently and meet presentation standards.

Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook with a focus on grill / kebab station.
• Proven expertise in preparing Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or similar grilled dishes.

Requirements:
• Transferrable Iqama
• Preferably in Jeddah for Trial
