• Develop, implement, and maintain project cost control systems, procedures, and reporting tools.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost baselines, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project expenditures and commitments against approved budgets and highlight variances.
• Perform cost analysis, cost-to-complete forecasting, and earned value management (EVM) reporting.
• Review and validate subcontractor payments, invoices, and variation orders.
• Evaluate change orders, claims, and contractual variations, and provide cost impact assessments.
• Prepare periodic cost reports, including forecasts, commitments, and financial performance summaries.
• Support tendering activities through cost estimation, benchmarking, and BOQ analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, planning engineers, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of cost data.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for value engineering initiatives.
• Maintain accurate cost records, logs, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and project controls standards.

Key Job Specification:
