Position:** Sous Chef
Experience Required:** Minimum 4 years in the same role
Preferred Nationality:** Filipino/Indian
Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Supervise and train kitchen staff
* Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
* Manage inventory and control food costs
Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
