- Lead shifts of 8-15 crew members, ensuring speed-of-service, order accuracy, and brand standards during peak hours
- Manage cash handling procedures including drawer counts, safe audits, voids/refunds, and end-of-shift deposits with 100% accuracy
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and performed service recovery to maintain guest satisfaction and retention
- Coach and train new hires on POS, food prep, safety, and customer service procedures to reduce errors and improve ticket times
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards, completing temp logs, FIFO rotation, and health department checklist compliance
- Adjust labor in real time by repositioning staff and calling replacements to meet labor targets without sacrificing service
- Execute opening/closing procedures including equipment checks, inventory counts, cleaning verification, and alarm/security protocols
- Monitor drive-thru and front counter KPIs, consistently hitting target times and upsell goals set by management
- Complete shift reports, waste logs, and incident documentation for hand-off to GM/Assistant Manager
- Maintain safe work environment by enforcing break compliance, proper lifting, and accident reporting procedures
