I am a Planning Engineer with more than five years of experience working on large-scale hydropower and infrastructure projects such as Mohmand Dam and Diamer Basha Dam. I am responsible for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using tools like Primavera (P6) and SAP. I track project progress, manage resources, and compare planned versus actual performance to ensure timely completion. I also perform cost analysis, earned value management, and prepare progress reports. In addition, I review contractor plans, evaluate claims such as extensions of time (EOT), and support project decision-making to keep work within budget and schedule.
