We are a leading construction company seeking a highly experienced and qualified Risk Manager to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and manage project risks (technical, financial, safety, and contractual)
Develop and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans
Conduct risk assessments for construction activities (high-rise, infrastructure, MEP works)
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and HSE teams
Monitor project progress and highlight potential risks or delays
Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management
Support claims management and insurance-related matters
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or relevant field
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction projects
Strong experience in high-rise / multi-storey buildings preferred
Knowledge of risk management standards and tools
Familiarity with Saudi regulations and construction practices
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Certifications such as PMI-RMP / NEBOSH / ISO 31000 will be an advantage
🔹 Preferred Skills:
Experience in large-scale projects (Hotels, Residential Towers, Infrastructure)
Strong background in HSE and project risk control
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
