Duties and responsibilities:

Perform tests on construction materials such as concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, steel, and cement.

Prepare daily test reports (DTR), calibration records, and material test certificates (MTC).
Maintain proper filing and data records for audits.
Communicate results to site engineers and QA/QC teams.
Ensure safe laboratory environment and follow HSE rules.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization in the lab.
Identify abnormalities in test results.
Recommend corrective actions for material quality issues.
Troubleshoot equipment failures.
