Key Responsibilities:
Manage all project documentation (drawings, submittals, transmittals, correspondence)
Maintain document registers, logs, and tracking systems
Ensure proper numbering, revision control, and document compliance
Handle document distribution to clients, consultants, and contractors
Prepare and track incoming and outgoing transmittals
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for updates and approvals
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support audits with accurate and updated documentation
Tools & Systems:
Aconex (Document Control System)
EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
AutoCAD (drawing handling)
Adobe Acrobat (PDF tools)
SharePoint / Document Sharing Platforms
Experience & Skills:
5+ years in construction & engineering documentation
Strong knowledge of document control procedures
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience in Head Office & site environments
