Key Responsibilities:
Review tender drawings and prepare BOQ
Take accurate quantities and prepare cost estimates
Estimate cost for materials, labor, subcontractors, and overheads
Prepare and submit quotations on time
Work independently and ensure prompt submission of quotations
Handle estimates for joinery, civil, and MEP works
Requirements:
3–4 years experience in interior fit-out estimation
Strong knowledge of joinery, civil, and MEP estimation
Good analytical and numerical skills
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
