Key Responsibilities
Workflow Management: Overseeing artwork, video, photography, and digital production from development to final delivery.
Project Scheduling & Budgeting: Developing and managing production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
Resource Coordination: Managing internal studio resources, creative teams, and external suppliers to create print, video, or digital collateral.
Monitor team performance across outlets and provide regular updates to the General Manager.
Ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to security and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of staff scheduling and operational expenses.
Identify operational challenges through data analysis and implement effective solutions.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to enhance service standards and operational processes.
Quality Control, ensuring all final materials meet brand standards and agency quality expectations.
Forecast inventory needs, monitor consumption, and ensure optimal stock levels.
Client Liaising: Working with account teams to submit finished projects for client approval and integrating feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Experience with various production techniques, including digital advertising, event planning, and print/collateral production.
Organization: Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Ability to facilitate communication between creative teams, agency managers, and vendors.
