We are actively looking for a Technical Supervisor with strong project management capabilities and hands-on experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and managers ongoing fiber & infrastructure projects
• Coordinate between field teams, engineers, and stakeholders
• Ensure project timelines, quality, and delivery will be the client standard.
• Monitoring installation, Splicing, testing, and commissioning activities on site.
• Handle site issues and provide technical gridline to the clients.
• Daily Reporting project related progress and performance.
Requirements:
• Experience OSP RPM's with more then 10-years experience
• Experience in OSP, Fiber Optics / Infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of network installations and site work
• Leadership qualities and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Project Management & Risk Management practices
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or RMP are a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
