Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol
Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
Monitor account health, seller ratings, and performance metrics
Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
Upload bulk listings using flat files or seller dashboards
Ensure accurate pricing, categories, and attributes
Inventory & Order Management
Track stock levels and prevent stockouts/overstocking
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and refunds
Performance & Analytics
Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
Identify trends and optimize product performance
Pricing & Promotions
Manage pricing strategies and competitor benchmarking
Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and deals
Participate in marketplace campaigns (e.g., sales events)
Advertising & Growth
Run and optimize ads (Amazon PPC, Noon ads, Trendyol campaigns)
Improve product visibility and ranking
Work on SEO keywords and conversion optimization
Customer Service Coordination
Handle customer queries and complaints
Ensure timely responses and issue resolution
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
Required Skills
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Trendyol Seller Panel
Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations & marketplace algorithms
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (important for reporting)
Analytical mindset (data-driven decisions)
Basic understanding of digital marketing & PPC ads
Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field)
1–4+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
⭐ Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout
Knowledge of supply chain & logistics
Familiarity with APIs or automation tools
