Deliver theoretical and practical training in marine disciplines such as seamanship, navigation, safety, and engine operations.
Conduct hands-on training using simulators, workshops, and real marine equipment in accordance with international maritime standards (IMO/STCW).
Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments to meet academy and industry requirements.
Assess trainees’ performance through tests, practical evaluations, and continuous monitoring, ensuring competency standards are achieved.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during all training sessions.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and career support to cadets and trainees to enhance their professional development.
Coordinate with academic and technical departments to maintain training quality and alignment with industry needs.
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation as per academy policies and accreditation requirements
