With a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and HACCP certification, I specialize in food safety systems, HSEQ compliance, GMP, GHP, CCP monitoring, sanitation systems (CIP/SIP), and SFDA regulatory standards. My experience spans working with leading organizations including , Mod Bakery and Beyond, and Health Fresh Food Company (Barok), where I have contributed to quality assurance, audit readiness, and high-volume production operations.
Currently, I am involved in production operations, managing workflows, coordinating teams, and ensuring consistent product quality and compliance. I have hands-on experience supporting operations for major clients such as Hunger Station, Carrefour, Noon, and Tamimi, maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
I also bring a strong microbiology background with laboratory experience and research in antibiotic resistance, supporting my understanding of food safety and public health.
