We are currently looking for a highly competent and operations-driven IT Manager to lead and manage the full IT function across a growing restaurant group with 8 active branches in Bahrain.
This role is critical to ensuring business continuity, system reliability, and seamless integration between operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all IT operations across 8 restaurant branches + Head Office
Ensure optimal performance of:
POS systems
Online ordering platforms & aggregators (Talabat, etc.)
ERP / HR systems
Inventory & reporting systems
Maintain and monitor network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, connectivity, VPNs)
Lead system upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure data security, backup systems, and compliance with IT policies
Provide immediate technical support to minimize operational downtime
Manage IT vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
Support new branch openings (full IT setup & readiness)
Develop IT SOPs and ensure standardization across all branches
Prepare periodic reports for management on system performance and risks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT within F&B / Restaurant / Retail industry
Must be currently based in Bahrain
Proven experience in dealing with online delivery platforms and aggregators (Talabat, etc.)
Strong knowledge of:
Networking (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls)
POS systems
Networking & infrastructure
Database & system integrations
Cloud systems and backup solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multi-branch operations under pressure
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ERP / HR systems (preferred)
