Position: Project Manager or Project Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province preferred)
Nationality: Saudi, Indian, Pakistani, or Jordanian

Key Requirements:
The candidate must hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification — non-negotiable. Prior Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory, with demonstrated understanding of Aramco’s HSE standards, documentation requirements, and contractor protocols.
Hands-on experience in security fencing projects is required, specifically Class 3 and Class 4 systems. Candidates with Class 5 experience will be given strong preference. The candidate must have at least one fully completed fencing project on record — we are not considering candidates who only managed ongoing or partial scopes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and procurement activities
• Ensure compliance with Aramco SAEP/SAES standards and client specifications
• Maintain project schedule, cost control, and progress reporting
• Coordinate with client representatives and attend project meetings
• Oversee material submittals, RFIs, and method statements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• PMP certified (valid, not expired)
• Minimum 8 years total experience, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia
• Proven track record on security/perimeter fencing projects
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
