Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Baker who can prepare healthy cakes, bread, and bakery products using different ingredients. The candidate must have strong practical experience working in a bakery shop and be able to produce high-quality baked goods consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, and healthy bakery items
• Use different ingredients such as whole wheat, oats, low-sugar, gluten-free, and other healthy options
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery
• Monitor stock of ingredients and inform management when supplies are low
• Develop new healthy bakery recipes when required
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Baker in a bakery or pastry shop
• Strong experience in baking healthy cakes and bread
• Knowledge of different baking ingredients and techniques
• Ability to work independently in a bakery environment
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in healthy baking (low sugar, whole grain, diet-friendly products)
• Creativity in developing new bakery products
• Basic English communication skills
