• Register and manage vendor profiles on SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Tawtheeq, and IKTVA portals
• Follow up with Subcontracts and Procurement departments at major EPC contractors
• Prepare and submit prequalification documents (company profile, HSE, financials, certifications)
• Track registration status and maintain up-to-date vendor files
• Report weekly on registration progress

✅ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (mandatory)
• Background in Oil & Gas or EPC contracting sector
• Strong written English
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
⭐ Preferred: Experience with Aramco IKTVA portal or vendor prequalification for major O&G contractors
