Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily QC activities in food production
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards
Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP practices
Handle non-conformance reports and corrective actions
Train and guide QC team members
Coordinate with production and management for quality improvements
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in food industry QC
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or related field preferred
