Performing quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings and 3D models
Coordinating with engineering, planning, procurement, and project teams for accurate bid pricing
Handling pre-bid meetings, RFIs, and client clarifications
Preparing and compiling technical and commercial proposals
Ensuring compliance, completeness, and timely submission of bids
Developing competitive and strategic bid approaches
Reviewing subcontractor and vendor quotations
Supporting contract negotiations and post-tender discussions
Identifying risks, scope gaps, and key submission requirements
Managing project handover processes, including issuing internal work orders with full project details
