We are seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Foreman to join our team in the Riyadh Region. The Construction Foreman will oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising work crews, coordinating tasks, managing heavy equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. The Foreman will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain open communication and address project challenges.
Qualifications
Proficient in Carpentry and handling Heavy Equipment
Knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Civil Engineering principles
Strong Communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and contractors
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in construction projects
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic work environments
Familiarity with infrastructural projects and specific understanding of Saudi regulations is a plus
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
