My expertise includes developing tender, baseline, revised, and recovery schedules using Primavera P6, preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and issuing weekly and monthly progress reports.
I also have strong experience in preparing S-curves, manpower and equipment histograms, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets.
