Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare & maintain daily QC records.
• Prepare weekly inspection schedule for electrical.
• Report directly to QC supervisor regarding inspection activities.
• Handle all quality control activities for electrical discipline as a QC inspector.
• Monitor all work activities regarding cabling, trays, conduits etc. to avoid any delay and
maintain the quality of work as per project specifications.

compliance of approved drawings and materials.
• Inspect and ensure installed electrical materials, systems and devices meet approved
standards, codes, specifications and quality requirements.
• Identify non-conformance and raise INCR, leads its investigation with the relevant
departments and evaluate contractor’s submitted corrective and preventive action plan.

• Electrical inspection and supervision of Soil resistivity test, Grid installation, Conduit
installation, End Cap installation.

• Ensure that all Measuring and Testing equipment are properly calibrated prior to use.
• Conduct testing and monitoring to ensure compliance with applicable Specifications
(QCP & Method of statement), Standards, approved QA/QC Plans and Inspection and
Test Plan (Grid resistance test, Insulation Resistance Test).
• Coordinate and involve with the process control team for the clearance of loop checks
and functional test.
• Site surveillance of the construction activities & Prepare Non-Conformance Reports
(NCR) for non-compliance activities against the approved quality plans, inspection test
plans.
• Installation of conduits and its fitting.
• Installation of junction box and its fixing.
• Installation and termination of wiring devices as per project specification.
• Perform polarity and functional test for wiring devices.
