As car is on 2years installments monthly basis, where i have paid 18 installments, so only 6 installments are remaining with baloon payments. so i have to options.
1 option: purchser have to pay me 16000 SAR only in cash and remaning 6 installements and 23000 SAR baloon payement and trasnfer car only.
NOTE: As per bank rules, he have to pay 15% vat and 10% bank fees on remaining bank amount.
2.option: Buyer should do commitment, that we go for wholesome amount doing early setllement option, which will reduce taxes and fees, so buyer have to pay full early settelement ammount(estimated maybe 32000) + 16000 to me.
