Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system
Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payments
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Coordinate with other departments for financial data and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nationality Indian,Pakistan,Filipino
Preferred:
1–2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia
