Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management & Auditing: Conduct systematic workplace safety audits and detailed risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Compliance Enforcement: Ensure 100% adherence to OSHA standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., UAE or Saudi Labor Laws).
Training & Leadership: Deliver impactful safety inductions, specialized training programs, and daily Toolbox Talks to diverse workforces to foster a "Safety First" culture.
Incident Investigation: Lead methodical investigations into accidents and "near-miss" incidents using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
Site Supervision: Perform continuous on-site monitoring of high-risk activities, such as working at heights, confined space entry, and heavy equipment operations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training logs, providing regular performance metrics to senior management.
Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate emergency response plans, including fire safety systems, evacuation drills, and first-aid response procedures.
