We are a leading construction company currently delivering a high-rise hotel project and are seeking a highly experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team.
Position: Senior Architectural Engineer
Project Type: High-Rise Hotel Development
Location: Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee architectural design execution for a high-rise hotel project
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and project management
• Ensure design compliance with local regulations, codes, and international standards
• Review drawings, specifications, and material submissions
• Manage site implementation and resolve architectural issues during construction
• Maintain quality control and ensure timely project delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in architectural engineering
• Strong background in hotel and hospitality projects (mandatory)
• Experience in high-rise building construction is highly preferred
• Proficiency in design and coordination tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
