An in-house production facility serving iconic fit-out projects at niche market with bespoke products mainly serving Retail, offices, high end F&B
Key Responsibilities:
? Plan, manage, and monitor daily operations in the carpentry production facility to ensure timely execution of all production activities.
? Capability of estimation and cost control
? Translate project drawings and BOQs into detailed production schedules and allocate resources accordingly.
? Coordinate with design, technical office, and project teams to ensure accuracy of shop drawings and seamless production integration.
? Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications throughout the production cycle.
? Review work progress, track performance metrics, and oversee daily/weekly progress reports.
? Manage raw material inventory and consumption; ensure timely requisition and cost control.
? Implement lean manufacturing practices to minimize waste and increase efficiency.
? Ensure all tools, machines, and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
? Lead internal audits to maintain ISO or other industry certifications relevant to manufacturing.
? Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations (HSE).
? Liaise with logistics and delivery teams for timely dispatch and site coordination.
? Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of production staff to ensure high productivity and retention.
? Troubleshoot production issues and propose quick, cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience managing joinery/carpentry factories in KSA or GCC with a portfolio of niche brands.
Strong understanding of woodworking machinery and production.
Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into production instructions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in interior fit-out or manufacturing
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
