Oversee and manage overall marine and offshore operations
Develop and execute business strategies and expansion plans

Requirements:
Non-Saudi candidate currently based in Saudi Arabia
Minimum 10+ years of experience in marine/offshore industry
Strong knowledge of offshore operations and project management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
