Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate food costing for all menu items
Develop and standardize recipes with proper cost calculations
Monitor food cost percentages and identify variances
Analyze ingredient usage and portion control
Recommend cost optimization strategies while maintaining quality
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in food costing within the F&B or restaurant industry
Strong knowledge of costing, inventory control, and kitchen operations
Proficiency in Excel or similar tools
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
