We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Manpower Coordinator / Officer to independently handle and manage the Manpower Supply division.
Key Responsibilities:
Fully manage manpower operations, including planning, sourcing, mobilization, and demobilization
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and handle manpower requirements efficiently
Prepare proposals, quotations, and manpower plans
Ensure all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are properly handled
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor workforce performance and project needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in manpower supply or a similar role
Strong understanding of manpower operations and project requirements
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the department
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting
