Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts
Provide expert advice on contractual and commercial matters
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
Identify and mitigate contractual risks
Support internal teams on contract-related issues
Requirements:
Non-Saudi candidate currently based in Saudi Arabia
Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract management or a related field
Strong knowledge of contracts, legal terms, and commercial agreements
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
