Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive - Interior Fitout

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives/Sales Engineer to join our team in Jeddah.


We specialize in Design & Build solutions across F&B, retail, corporate offices, and healthcare sectors, and residential sectors delivering high-quality turnkey projects with a strong execution vision.


The Business Development Executive/Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and coordinating closely with technical and project teams to deliver competitive proposals and close the deals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and interior fit-out sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
• Analyze project requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare proposals.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial offers.
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction, contracting, or interior fit-out sales.
• Strong understanding of BOQs, drawings, and project cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market is preferred.
• English & Arabic language proficiency.
