PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Eight (8) years’ experience in various Telecom field project in major industries like work for
construction, Inspection, commissioning, and maintenance.
INSPECTION EXPERIENCE SKILLS:
o Material receiving, inspection, identification and traceability,
preservation, and protection.
o Inspecting materials and equipment on receipt and preparing receiving
inspection reports.
o Maintaining Material Test Certificates and records.
o Randomly verifying material heat number transfer and maintaining traceability
records where applicable.
o Periodically verification of materials and equipment storage,
preservation, and protection.
o Fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing (OTDR & power meter)
o ODF/ODB installation and Telecom panel setup
o Quality control, documentation, and HSE compliance
o Inspection of incoming materials as per PO and Quality Certificates (IRC.IR, MTC)
o Making the MTO (Material transfer order) for transfer the material from one site
to another site
o Responsible for the quality Control Inspections at Site within the scope of contract.
o Prepare the weekly MRIR and submitted to QS or Procurement department.
o After Inspection of Material & Documentation Review, Arranging Material on Site.
o Issued NCR in the event of the non-conforming work done by contractor
reviewed and recommends
o Approval of corrective action, and monitor site implementation.
o Material Reservation & handling.
o Check the conformity of materials with specification and requirements regarding
heat number and Mill certificate.
o Installation and Maintenance of Security Systems on site like CCTV’s
(PELCO) and Digital Metering System
o Providing ongoing service, repair, and maintenance of varied CCTV systems
within the area.
o Responsible for all the activities concerning pre-commissioning,
commissioning, start up, test run and handing over.
o Receiving of FOC and other materials.
o Storage and Handling of received material at Warehouse.
o Material receiving reports and its storage and usage.
o Excavation for the Installation of FOC.
o Route for Direct Buried FOC as per given Plan.
o Installation & Pulling of FOC in designated areas.
o Monitoring of ongoing activities at Site.
o Work Permit for required Areas.
o Co-ordination with other Departments of Saudi Government.
o Duct, Sub duct installation for FOC.
o Crossings from Roads, Bridges, Gas & Water pipelines for FOC.
o Installation of Conduits PVC for FOC as per ITC Standards.
o Splicing of FOC at Splice points.
o OTDR & Power Meter Testing for FOC.
o Final inspection with Client and Handover of Installed FOC.
o Maintaining Safety and EHS at Site for Work.
o Follow Safety Standards of Contractor, Client.
o Third Party Safety Training for Workers.
o Receives service orders, worksheets (detailed diagrams describing nature and
location of equipment to be installed or repaired) and repair tickets from
supervisor or other designated employees and performs specified work.
o Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
