Location: Bahrain
A well-established Construction & Contracting Company in Bahrain is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Bahrain in construction and site supervision
Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, standards, and authority requirements
Proven experience in supervising civil works, including structural, finishing, and infrastructure projects
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Excellent site management and coordination skills with subcontractors and suppliers
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices
Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Valid driving license in Bahrain is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all site civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards
Monitor material usage and site progress, and report regularly to management
Enforce safety regulations and site discipline
Assist in resolving any technical or site issues promptly
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports
