Sales Operations Head

📍 Location: Mohali, Punjab

We are hiring for a leading organization in the railways and mobility solutions industry, with a strong legacy of delivering safety-critical and engineering-driven products across India.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in sales, after-sales, and client engagement, especially within railways, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. The position involves close coordination with customers, internal teams, and leadership to drive business growth and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships across railway headquarters, production units, and workshops
Drive sales and business development, including tenders and new product introductions
Oversee after-sales service, installation, and issue resolution
Handle technical documentation, compliance, and reporting as per industry standards
Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, purchase) for smooth execution
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new specifications
Maintain CRM reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Desired Profile
5–10 years of experience in sales / after-sales / customer support
Background in railways, manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Willingness to travel across India
Candidates based in Mohali / Chandigarh / Kharar preferred
