We kindly request your quotation for the following HVAC works for the Ground Floor, including supply, installation, testing, and commissioning.
1. SCOPE OF WORK
A. AC Units – Ground Floor

B. Installation and Copper Piping
The quotation shall include:
• Installation of all AC units at the ground floor
• Complete copper piping works, including supply and installation
• Drainage piping works
• Electrical control wiring between indoor and outdoor units
• Refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, testing and commissioning
• All required accessories, supports, brackets, insulation, consumables, and fixing materials
C. Air Duct Works for Concealed Units
Supply and installation of air ducting for concealed AC units at the ground floor, including:
• Factory fabricated galvanized steel ducting, Z-90 grade, as per approved measurements
• All accessories required for connection between duct sections and air outlets
• Supply and installation of air diffusers, grilles, flexible connections, volume dampers, and all related accessories
• Internal duct insulation using fiberglass insulation, thickness 1 inch, density 24 kg/m³, with glass cloth facing or equivalent approved material
• Works shall comply with SMACNA standards or equivalent approved ductwork standards
2. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Please submit your quotation including:
• Unit price per AC unit
• Installation price per unit
• Copper piping price per linear meter
• Ductwork price per square meter / linear meter
• Total price
• Warranty period
• Execution period
• Payment terms
• Brand and model of AC units
• Technical datasheets
3. IMPORTANT NOTES
• The contractor shall visit the site before submitting the final quotation
• All quantities must be verified by the contractor on site
• Any missing item required for full operation shall be included in the quotation
• No additional claims will be accepted later unless approved in writing by the owner before execution
• The quotation must be valid for at least 7 days
• Work shall not start without written approval from the owner
