In my recent role, I'm leading digital transformation & data governance initiatives across KSA, focusing on data management, governance frameworks and cyber-security for many key organizations (MODON, ZATCA, SDAIA, YUWDDA, TGA, GSTAT etc.).
In the recent past, I've delivered capital infrastructure development programs of Government (PIF & multiple Municipalities) and private sectors across KSA.
Earlier, I worked in the telecommunications industry for 16 years; multiple roles with Huawei Technologies and delivered multi-million USD programs across Middle East.

• Digital consultancy (data management, data governance, cyber-security etc.)
• Infrastructure development, maintenance and construction
• Telecom 5G, 4G, 3G, CDMA, WiMax roll-outs across Wireless, CS Core, PS Core, IP MPLS, Cloud Core, Transmission, Access, FTTx, power domains. Network swap, upgrades, expansions, mergers and networks consolidation
Delivery Experience:
• Preparation of budget, scope of work, RACI Matrix, WBS & OBS preparation
• Master Delivery planning, detailed delivery plan (MS Project, Primavera P6, JIRA), execution, contract closure, ATP/UAT, PAC/FAC, etc.
• Network KPIs and SLAs assurance

Turn-key, Frame agreements, Customer support, Managed Services
Pre-sales Experience:
RFP & RFQ reviews, Technical & commercial proposal preparation, BoQ finalization, cost estimation

• CAPEX & OPEX planning, contracts negotiations, EOTs, claims, cost optimization
• Preparation, negotiation and adherence to the Financial KPIs (revenue recognition, billing & collection etc.)
• Delivery KPIs (CPI, LTO, ITO etc.)
• Contract negotiations, partner selection, NDAs, sub-contractor and consultant agreement
• People management

• Cloud, OSTA and CPCI platforms, including:
• SGSN/USN, GGSN/UGW, Charging Gateways, PDSN, Firewalls, LAN switches, routers
• Soft Switch, Media Gateway, iManagers, GUI & CLI-based Huawei LMTs
• Cloud Platforms for iManager (Huawei’s NMS), vIMS, and Packet Core for 4G/5G core network virtualization
• Seimens, Alcatel and Nortel telecom equipment (PABX, SDH, PDH, DRS, GSM Gatway)
• Cisco Routers and RAS
I hold PgMP, PMP & CDMP Certifications.
Hold valid transferable Iqama and driving license.
