◆ Coordinate and manage all project documentation in line with project requirements and company procedures
◆ Control the preparation, submission, distribution, and tracking of technical and commercial documents
◆ Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely document submissions and approvals
◆ Maintain accurate document registers, revision control, and status reports
◆ Ensure documents are properly filed, archived, and easily retrievable for audits and project closeout
