Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or engineering sector
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Arabic national will be given preference
Available to join immediately
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract award
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation
