Position: QA/QC ENGINEER (civil)
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for quality assurance & quality control at the project site and report to the QA/QC Manager in the issues related to nonconformance & deficiencies in the quality management process at the site.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of the site, provide advises & suggestion to improve quality control at construction site & assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues & ISO 9001:2000.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in preparation of all related quality documents such as ITPs & Method Statements.
• Coordination & direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories & field tests.
• Conduct quality awareness meetings & inductions for project engineers, site engineers & other construction staffs.
• To prepare all documents related to inspection & attend all inspection for different individual activities of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings.

Position: QA/QC ENGINEER(civil).
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Supervising & inspecting during marking, excavating, backfilling, casting plane concrete, steel binding, shuttering, casting concrete, erection of steel building, fixing of blocks, wall & floor tiles, doors & windows, plastering, painting and laying asphalt etc., as per approved shop drawings & specification given by the consultant/client.
• Supporting in planning, coordinate with sub-contractors, project manager, QC manager, project coordinator, technical manager, estimating engineer, suppliers and engineering department for site modification/design changes and solving technical issues at site and managing team members.
• Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant/client and ensure removal of rejected material from site.
• Requesting consultant/client for inspection prior to backfilling underground utilities, covering / closing ceiling, flooring &casting foundation, grade beam, pedestal, column, lintel beam, roof slab etc.,
• Preparing Material Request as material required on site to achieve the task. Purchasing material as required on site in absent of procurementor in emergency& ensuring that material storage areas are properly maintained.
