Job Summary:
We Basmah Contracting Company Ltd. are looking for a qualified Work Permit Receiver (WPR) with proven Saudi Aramco experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work activities are carried out in compliance with Saudi Aramco permit-to-work (PTW) system, safety regulations, and approved procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain, review, and manage work permits in accordance with Saudi Aramco PTW procedures.
Ensure all work activities are conducted as per approved permits, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk assessments.
Coordinate with permit issuers, field supervisors, and safety officers before starting any job.
Verify that all safety requirements, isolations, and precautions are in place prior to work execution.
Monitor work sites to ensure compliance with permit conditions and safety standards.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workforce awareness of job hazards and controls.
Suspend or stop work if unsafe conditions arise or permit conditions are violated.
Maintain proper documentation and records of permits and related activities.
Liaise with client representatives (Saudi Aramco) regarding permit approvals and site requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical Diploma preferred).
Valid Saudi Aramco Work Permit Receiver certification is mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil & gas or construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco PTW system, safety standards, and procedures.
Ability to read and understand work permits, method statements, and safety documentation.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Physically fit and able to work in field/site conditions.
Other Requirements:
Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
Immediate availability is preferred.
