Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with proven Saudi Arabia (KSA) market experience to manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities across various roles. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and regional talent markets, with the ability to deliver high‑quality hires within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to offer acceptance.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
Prepare and publish job descriptions aligned with business needs.
Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in‑person) and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization requirements, and internal hiring policies.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.


Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the KSA market.
Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and local hiring practices.
Experience recruiting for local Saudi and expatriate talent.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf).
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
