1. MEP Construction Manager:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP construction
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
Experience in site execution, coordination, and project management
Ability to handle multiple disciplines and lead teams
2. Purchaser
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement (preferably MEP materials)
Knowledge of local suppliers in Saudi Arabia
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in preparing LPOs and handling material requests
