Job Description
We are looking for a highly professional and experienced female Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and oversee all housekeeping operations in a private residence in Riyadh.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising housemaids, maintaining hotel-level cleanliness standards, and ensuring efficient daily household operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage all housemaids and cleaning staff
• Assign daily duties and monitor performance of each housemaid
• Ensure all areas of the house are clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Train housemaids on proper:
Washing techniques
Ironing standards
Segregation of clothes for each family member
• Implement and maintain high housekeeping standards (hotel-level)
• Prepare and maintain:
Daily monitoring reports
Cleaning checklists
Staff performance records
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment
• Handle staff scheduling, discipline, and task delegation
• Coordinate with management for special requirements or events
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials
