Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day procurement activities and documentation.
Follow up with suppliers for quotations, purchase confirmations, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
Coordinate shipment status updates and customs clearance documentation.
Monitor material flow and report any delivery delays to management.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics is a priority.
Experience: 3–5 years in procurement or logistics support.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Knowledge: Understanding of furniture fittings, wood, or interior materials is preferred.
Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills.
Working Conditions & Benefits Location: Office-based in Bahrain.Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM (6 days a week).Salary: To be offered after the interview.Benefits: Housing, transportation, health insurance, and 30 days annual leave.
